Home Page : 9 February 2012 to 14 March 2012 H.D.Acres in his Singer Le Mans failing Simms Hill on the 1935 Exeter Trial. The car was produced in December 1935, so was in trials action within two weeks of delivery, and there were no problems with the AA helping with on-section recovery in the 1930s! Home Page : 15 August 2011 to 9 February 201 We know this is D C S Bassett. We know this is HRG HLO 163, now owned by Nigel Brown. We know the photograph was taken on the 1950 Lands End Trial (8th April 1950). Surely someone can identify those very distinctive gates?
