From time-to-time I get enquiries which start "Do you know anything about ...?". These are generally dead-ends, especially when enquiring about drivers who created one-off specials in the late 1940s and early 1950s from when there are so few remaining records. But, just occasionally, the enquiry includes, or the resulting research unearths, enough information to justify the publication of a page on this website.
