Reference sources - Databases

I currently maintain three databases recording different aspects of classic trials history:
- The Trials Documents Database lists the non-photographic trials-related reference material, such as programmes, entry lists, and route cards which I have acquired during the course of my research into classic trials sections and, particularly, since starting this website in April 2007.
- The initial intention of the Trials Photographs Database was to record the historic trials-related photographs in my possession, and to list the trials-related photographs published in the major reference sources. The scope of this database has subsequently expanded as described in more detail on the Trials Photographs Database page.
- The origin of the Trials Sections Database goes back many years to when I first started recording key information about the sections used for the major classic trials of the 1920s and 1930s. The scope of this database has subsequently expanded as described in more detail on the Trials Sections Database page.
The databases are updated, and the PDF printouts published, on an ad-hoc basis as I research, or receive, new information. The date when the PDF file was published is shown in the footer of every page of the printout. I do not record every minor update to the databases on the What's new? page, nor do I alter the Page updated date in the heading of each Database web page.
